Superbly located villa in a quiet location but with almost everything you need within a 5 minute drive. All very spacious rooms, modern kitchen and TV equipment, pool with fabulous view and ease of parking. We were very well received and this accommodation is recommended.

Above all, the cleanliness in an accommodation stands for us and Villa Panoramica I was simply outstanding. Everything was very clean, including the dishes and cutlery, which is often a problem. Every suggestion on our part was reacted to very quickly.

We had a wonderful holiday. Everything is there in the villa as described. The villa is very clean and nicely decorated and the beds are good. The pool was wonderfully warm and clean, we used it a lot. Communication with the manager was great.

The villa is exactly as on the photos of the landlord - no wide angle. It is very well maintained and clean. We have never had such a nice place to stay and would use it again anytime! Exceptional.

I want to give this villa 6 stars as experiencing Madeira in Villa Panoramica II is above and beyond and is hard to top anywhere in the world. We have already booked our next year stay in the same villa and I look forward to enjoying our coffee with the views in the morning.

With a large pool at just the right temperature and a nice outdoor seating area and wonderful view, as well as generously sized comfortable beds and effective air conditioning inside, the villa was perfect for relaxing or as a base for getting out and exploring the island.

Very warm welcome with bottle of wine and traditional Madeira cake. Location is great in a quiet neighbourhood. The neighbours are very friendly, the gave us grapes which were freshly grown!. Samuel gave us helpful info on good spots to visit including caves and restaurants.

Everything about this property oozes quality and style from the furniture, kitchen appliances, and decorative finish. The view over the rooftops down to the sea is breathtakingly beautiful. We didn't want to leave. Many thanks for sharing your beautiful Villa!

This house is simply beautiful and it is very spacious, clean and the views are incredible! If you just stayed here and enjoyed the house you wouldn’t be disappointed by relaxing by the pool or sitting inside the home looking out the huge windows and looking at the Ocean or Mountains.
